Should I be arrested?

Should I be arrested?
I've decided to start another project for my 4yr old nephew.
Has anyone ever driven a 5bhp b&s go-kart?
I bought a used frame with 4 wheel drum brakes. I'm going to upgrade the brakes to 4w disks and some nice grippy tires. We also just ordered a new engine...
250cc V-twin 2cyl = 24.8bhp + 5spd manual transmission
In a 250lb chasis it'll run 75-85mph. In the go-kart it'll have a solid rear axle and plenty of grip. I'm just wondering if this will be prone to flipping over under heavy acceleration.
p.s. for those worried about the 4-5yr old driving it....We're not going to teach him how to shift gears! He'll be stuck in first so it'll just accelerate like a rocket until about 15mph or so.

oh yeah...if anyone else is interested in a project like this it can be had for VERY cheap.
go-kart chasis (no engine) = $45
brand new v-twin 250cc+ tranny = $210+85 shipping
new wheels/tires = $100
random tinkering/welding = $50.

Maybe not arrested but surely someone should have put you in a little white room by now...
Anyway, the project sounds fun, good luck with it. As for keeping the kid in 1st gear, good luck with that. I say it takes him less than three hours driving it before he figures it out himself.
