It's an easy job. Remove the old wires by grasping the boot and then gently pulling the terminal off the contact. When installing the new wires make sure that you use Dielectric Tune-up Grease such as the type made by Permatex.
From the Permatex instructions: Remove any old grease wth a clean cloth. Coat inside of spark plug boot and ceramic portion of spark plug with a thin layer of Dielectric Grease. Also coat inside of boot attaching to coil pack. The reason for using the grease is to prevent tearing and damage should you have to remove the new wire set for any reason.
