Question Radio installation?

Does anyone have a good diagram and/or instructions on how to remove the factory radio on a 2002 Protege5?

Thank you for any help.

I found this site to be very useful: http://www.astolfo.com/p5/p5install.asp

the hardest part of it is getting the clips that hold the head unit into the dash to release. You need to get the tools (coat hanger/professional tools) into the four holes and really push them in there to get it to release, the springs on the side that clamp the unit in are pretty beefy. Whilst I was doing it I was convinced I was going to break something but it did come out eventually.

Thankx again JJB!!!!!

Ford and Mazda are related, so you can call me dumb for not looking for Ford key holes in the radio. I have a good set of Snap-On Ford keys that should do the trick

you need only to gently pry outwards as you pull towards you to release the springs, but they can be a bitch at times.
