15.3 seems kinda slow for a BPT GTX... i would have expected mid/high 14s...oh wait you have AWD, that would account for some drivetrain power loss.
just that i have seen some BP cars hit low/mid 15s (which i where i think i am) with moderate mods...cams would open that baby right up

Dyno Times
So far prior to dyno tuning I managed a 14.5 on street tires. I believe darryl was with me when I ran a 14.6 at LACR. This at 4000+ elevation.
After tuning the car runs much stronger, so hopefully I'll be a lower 14 or a high 13 now.

I had a black 1997 Legacy 2.5GT Limited. The only problems with it were the auto trans (wife's idea) and leather interior. I live in Chicago, so the leather was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. It looked good though. I missed driving a stick shift too much, so I traded it for the Protege.

It was a really nice car, and lasted a long time. The only downfall was the 88hp motor, pushing around 2800lbs of car. This thing had to have a running start to go up a hill
