Just when I was thinking there was no hope of competition until mid-April at the earliest... WOSCA comes up with a Winter Slalom Series.

Starts Feb 2nd near Woodstock, ON. At a formerly-Walmart parking lot.

Three classes:
- engine over drive wheels
- engine not over drive wheels
- 4 wheel drive

Well .. today was a lot of fun. Very tricky going from ice to pavement to slush to puddle ....

Anyway, I got FTD for "engine over drive wheels" class.

 

That was good stuff Rowan!

Hopefully I will be well enough next event to race!

Unfortunately I don't think Mazda Motorsports contingency program applies in Canada .. shucks.

 

It was a fun series. Hopefully we keep it up for the more important summer events and regionals!
