04 mazda 3 i low idle @ stop with brake applied
#16
Hi Mike,
I had the same vehicle similar problem. A compression test showed that I had a broken head gasket between cylinders 2 and 3 where the compression was transfering between cylinders. No loss of water, oil or oil/water mixing. Increased fuel consumpyion, however reasonably good idle and performance. No engine lights or warning lights. Hope this helps. Head gasket replacement very expensive!!
