2009 Mazda 3 Power Window Issue

I have a 2009 Mazda 3i. I've had the car for 3 years, last year the drivers side window switch started acting up. The switch doesn't always work, most of the time I have to move the switc hin an odd position to get the window to go up. Putting the window down is not a problem at all. Also, oddly when the temperature outside is about 70°F, putting the window up is not a problem. Has anyone else had any similar issues, any ideas on what it could be and how to fix it?

Just replace the switch, you can get a replacement from a junkyard or ebay.
Pull the door panel off and I think the switch panel unsnaps from the rest of the door.
