Hi All! I'm new and need advise
Bought last june a Mazda 3, did a change (first) of oil 2 weeks ago, last night my car literally died.
Today I called the dealer (Mazda) and the manager told me that the "new Mazda" block itself when something like this happen to avoid/prevent any damages to the motor.
Is it true??? can someone tell me what should I do? Because my car of course was towed. Now, its been "repaired" but I do not trust them. I'm afraid that after they will return my car back, I'll be having a lot of issues.
Please, I need advise. Thanks in advance.

I"ve never heard of this, what oil did you used?
What other thing you changed or modified (filters, sparkplugs...)?
My guess is that its a 2018 Mazda 3 (since you mentioned 2 weeks ago), please explain a bit more about what you did on it, is it a 2.5? or 2.0? What version etc, that way we could have a better picture of whats happening.
