Hellaflush... North of Detroit?

Long story short, I live roughly 35 minutes north of Detroit, Michigan. The roads are **** poor, and the winters long and unbearable... I want stance, or at least the closest thing to it, without destroying my car.

I'm currently on MAXXIM MAZE wheels, 18x7.5, 45mm offset, wrapped in 225 40 Pirelli P ZERO NERO All-Season tires. The initial plans for my car changed, drastically. So, with those wheels/tires, and my RallyArmor Polyurethane Mudflaps, I'll be cruising around in the winter months.

My question is simple what size, width, offset, tire, drop, and camber do I need for a CONSERVATIVE stance.

PLEASE NOTE
I'm working minimum wage + commission as a lube-tech at a local Mom and Pop shop, paying my way through college. (Garfield and Canal Service, anyone?) I can't afford Volk VS-XX wheels, at ~$800 a wheel. I can, however, afford ~$1,500 for the wheels AND tires, like Drag DR-19's, for instance, Gold with the machined lip. What are my options, especially since I can't afford some wide-as-can-be wheels, are spacers something I should consider?

As far as the drop, a buddy and I are rolling our fenders tomorrow. Once again, I CAN NOT afford BC Coil-Over's, at over $1,000 for all four corners. On that note, being that I live in Michigan, and have to deal with these God-Aweful winters, would it be best to run adjustable Coil-Over's for the easy height adjustment for winter, or should I stick with a conservative spring drop? RaceLand makes a set of Coil's for ~$400 shipped, 1-3inch drop. Anyone had these, or know someone with them? Pro's/Cons? Can you recommend something?

Lastly, Camber... I can't afford to replace some relatively cheap (~$650 a set) summer tire's every other season. Does a small degree of Camber affect wear THAT much? Which degree is best for me? Can someone recommend, from person use, or hear-say, a brand?

I'm entirely new to suspension, wheels, and tires as a whole, but I'm gladly willing to take the time to learn more about it. Help me find a setup that's not too low, too high, too wide, or too costly. Hence conservative, for the daily driven year-round car.
