Hub Rings - Need Help

I bought a set of Eagle Alloy 193 Series rims off a buddy of mine . I need to get some Hub Rings for my '04 Mazda3, currently they are sitting on my lugs and I am a little freaked out about that. Does anyone know of a reputable place to get hub rings. More importantly does anyone know how I can find out the Inner and Outer Diameter of the wheel hub on my rim so I can place this order? Preferably online would be nice. Maybe a website would give me this info? I tried doing some research and didn't find much. I am probably looking in the wrong area. Any help would be mint. Thanks.

He has a subforum in the Vendors section. His contact info should be in there, just call him.

I ran my aftermarket wheels for about a year before getting hubcentric rings for them. Just make sure you get metal ones, don't know why they even sell plastic ones.
