the idle speed is computer controlled - no adjstments. That's an early model, not sure if there were any updates to the engine computer - could ask the dealer.
If you really want to do something drastic, I bet you could intercept the throttle (foot pedal) signal to keep it from being 0, therefore bumping the idle a bit... or some other sensor that would do the same thing.
An aftermarket 'performance chip' may allow a change like this too, but I doubt that's an easy change either.
