'08 3 blower motor quits intermittantly

newbie looking for guidance, had the dash all apart, and replaced resistor, thing motor is still good, never made any bearing noise, still quits intermittently, jumped relay when it failed and didn't improve, just thinking speed switch and motor are all that's down stream right? ive got no schematicso im guessing, thanks in advance for any help.

nothing

good news, fan motors out, bad news, it works, I need a wiring diagram, must be some module controller, or harness problem.

Check the ground connection on the blower motor.

got it figured out, ground in harness between fan control switch and resistor board failed, ran a jumper from motor plug to switch and fan activity recovered, found a schematic from '04 that matched wiring. not easy working in that little hole, did it with brake in place.
