Yeah, you're probably right, but it sucks. Unless they get really crazy with that 2.0, it could never be close to as powerful as the SRT-4. They should realize what they've got with the 2.3 and use it instead. It especially sucks for us with the 2.3 already who just want another few more horsepower. All I want is another 50 horses or so! That's all! Hopefully, if mazdaspeed doesn't come up with any hop-up parts, the aftermarket will.

I saw the same articel about the speed3, I also put in a few e-mails to Mazda usa and Mazda speed. If and when the get back to me I copy it and post it for ya! I read that it should be sometime in 05, but nothing deffinate. I also read it might be 200hp FWD or a 240hp AWD! The AWD would be badass!

This is one I got in today. Doesn't say no, just not when! So I would guess in 06. That will give the car 2yrs of trouble shotting and testing.

We’re sorry, but we’re not allowed to comment on future product.

No major changes on the 2005's.
Same packages, same prices, big demand for the 3 continues as long as every magazine and paper in the fricking planet love the damn thing.

Guess there is a downside to being popular.

Lava Orange will be on the 5 door only, not on the 4 door anymore.
But there will be a 2005 Lava Orange Miata....there will be a special edition 3 with a charcoal gray paintjob, and some badges, but nothing important is changed...oh yeah, you get the AL fuel lid too.

The Mazdaspeed 6 will be out shortly, the MS 3 is a Spring 2006 model.
The rumor is AWD and 240, bet it'll get over 3000 pounds...in weight.

The MS6 uses the 2.3, hard to think the MS3 won't be the same. Cheaper for Mazda to do the same thing twice, than 2 completely different approaches.

There is a LOT of room under the hood, pop off that plastic cover some time.
You could fit a turbo and a dead body between the engine and the firewall.
Look under the hood of a Honda some time, and you'll see what I mean.

Capital One is doing 4.39% financing on new cars...so check that out.
11% is what dealers charge to credit banditos or those who don't have much of a credit history.

Always smart to go online and get your free credit score.....650 and above usually gets you the discounted rates. National "average" or 50th percentile is 710.

Happy hunting...
