2009 Mazda 3 Key Fob Help

Hey, everyone. I'm having a little trouble with my key fob. I have a 2009 Mazda 3 sSport (I think that's right; it has the 17 in. rims, with the sports/tectronic feature) and when I purchased it from the Acura of Ramsey dealer here in New Jersey, it came with what I believed was the two original key fobs to the car. Now, the key fobs have the lock/unlock button, the emergency alarm, and the trunk open button. They all worked completely fine when I received them. At some point, they did begin to stop working. Naturally, I assumed it was the battery, and replaced the battery in both key fobs. They were working again just fine but after about two weeks, they both stopped working again. I tried reprogramming it as instructed (the sequence where you turn on/off the ignition, and open/close the door three times), and though the sequence was done correctly, the remotes did not reprogram. I then took it to a Mazda dealer to get it checked out, and to my surprise, they guy who checked it out says that they weren't the correct key fobs and that he couldn't believe that they were actually working. I explained they were working just fine but he swore it was not true. Now I am in need of understanding. Are these the correct fobs? Does anyone else have the same fobs? Has anyone else experienced this dilemma? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I have the same fobs.

I have the same fobs. I got them when I bought my car as well. They too have died and I am seeking replacements. Any help for a good source for the proper fob would be greatly appreciated.
