I am assuming you got the age of 25 out of my profile? Don't you know all women lie about thier ages we are forever 25 untill our face tells otherwise then we are forever 30 and so on. My mother is still 40, then again our family always has looked young.

Haha. That's true.
The thought of getting older just doesn't sit well with me. I am lucky that I have always looked younger than I am (still having all my hair helps) and I go to the gym 3x a week to try & stay in shape. I may get older chronologically, but I am going to try like hell to not get older physically or mentally.

I'll know the day I become an old man will be the day I find myself at a Buick dealership. And I'll just ask them to shoot me.

wow we have gotten WAY off topic but it makes this forum look better so im not complaining... Im only 18 ne ways

just a question, I stopped my mazda completely, then floored it and it seemed like it hesitated cuz it didnt peel or anything, it just acted like i steadily pressed the accelerator. It did get up to speed after going 30 mph, then it flew. But the take off kinda made me frown... is that normal?

Auto Mazda 3 i Sports package

Sorry, yeah we got a little OT.
As for 'peeling out' well, you do have a automatic, after all. Flooring it ain't gonna do nuthin' except what you just described.
Even if you had a manual tranny, you wouldn't 'peel out' unless you dump the clutch at 3500rpm, then you might get a little.

yeah my signature said Auto mazda 3 i sports package
but i flipped it to manual tday and tried it then and it worked sorta, also i learned that the 3 doen't like to be floored b4 3rd gear cuz it likes the highway

i was just wondering because i used to have a 98 cavelier peice o crap (yes it was the car b4 my mazda, HUGE improvement) and it pealed out easy, i guess cuz it wasnt tuned to good driving lol

Hey guy im also a fan of street racing and all that good stuff, but anyway as for your question, your not gonna peel out by stomping on the gas, two reasonne is an auto and flippin to sport shifter is still auto just with more control, a car is never manual unless it has a clutch, two: the 3i is a economic car meaning it will use as less gas as possible for maximum mpg available so the car do slow accel not matter what unless you tune the ECU, but you need to find the progam that will override the reset code the ECU has (meaning if anything done to the ECU via an outside source, it will attempt to reset itself back to factory specs), anyway the easiest way to do a burnout in a auto is to throw it into N rev it to desieried RPM then throw it into DorM, although this is highly unrecommend for the tranny's sake if the auto can take turbo with just forged internals then it can take a few forced BO's, oh and careful saying you can drift in a FWD on some sites, the usual respose will be as follows *ahem*..."lol what a stupid ricer moron, you cant drift in a FWD you dumbass, powersliding is not the same as drifting, god you are such a grade A ricer, leave now while you still have you ricer dignity"

lol ya i kinda knew all of that jazz
i dont know all of the proper terms but i used to "turn at 50 mph" and manage to hold speed. im not sure if it was understeering good or what but somehow in my crappy cavelier i could. im not gonna do it in my 3, one cuz i wouldnt want to hurt my precious baby another is im not confortable sliding uncontrolled in my 3 yet. well we will see

Hey you came from the Jbody world too? Did you have a z24 or SOHC car? I know my 3S hatch has more nads than my 97 2.4 sunfire or my 02 ecotec ever had, and it handles better stock than my J 's did lowered.
