Has anyone noticed any difference in power or fuel economy when they put on a CAI or cat back exaust?

 

There was a noticable difference when I put one on a Neon awhile back. In another one of these threads I had asked if anyone who had one, had actually dyno'd it but so far no luck. It would be great to see numbers that don't come from a manufacturer.
