Do you have the OEM fogs, or an aftermarket kit?

Parking light is first setting on your headlight ****. The setting between off and Head lights On.

I think the OE just turns on the rear lights and the front two orange lights. It illuminates your dash as well. Basically the same as Headlights on with no headlights or fog lights.
