General Mazda 3 Questions

General Mazda 3 Questions
So I have a bunch of questions primarily regarding the bluetooth and keyless start system:
1) When you guys use bluetooth in the car, can people tell you aren't on the handset? What is the quality like?
2) How is the music quality using A2DP?
3) Does the navi have real text-to-speech?
4) What happens if you walk away from the car with the engine running (keyless start/stop system)?
5) Can you lock the key fob in the trunk?
6) Are you able to use the key fob if the car is on to lock/unlock doors? I'm asking for the scenario where I would want to start the car to get it cooled off/warmed up and then lock it and leave for a minute. Would that work?
7) What other uses have you guys figured out for the keyless start?
8) Can you unlock the door with the button from the passenger side?
9) Does pushing the button to unlock the door unlock only the drivers side or all doors?
10) What happens if you turn the car off and walk away? Will the doors auto-lock?
11) Since the memory for the power seat is linked to the key fob, what would happen if I am switching drivers for two days using the same key fob? How could I work that out?

Man I'd really like to help you but I have an '05 and yours seems like you have all options. I upgraded my AV to Alpine 3 monitors and bluetooth but its not going to the the same as yours....
I know my A2DP is awesome, but I rather just connect it manually as A2DP uses more battery and allows less options. I didn't know the 09 had keyless start! Or are you taking about the 2010 model?
Sorry mate...you're going to have to wait until a new conniseur can help you out. I bought my '05 hatch to replace my stolen Audi S4 here in ghetto Baltimore until I finish my residency in Baltimore. But I must say I do really like the car!

I am the pround owner of the 2010 3i Tour wite the Bose system.
1) When you guys use bluetooth in the car, can people tell you aren't on the handset? What is the quality like?
A: No. The quality is excellent so people on the other end tell me. If you or they can't hear, turn up the radio
2) How is the music quality using A2DP?
A: I do not care so much for it. But, I am very picky on my sound.
3) Does the navi have real text-to-speech?
No Navi...no need.
4) What happens if you walk away from the car with the engine running (keyless start/stop system)?
A: I have the old fashion style....
5) Can you lock the key fob in the trunk?

A: You can set this.

A: With my set up, yes, if I forget to lock I believe within 15-20 seconds, it will automatically lock.

I use A2DP constantly, and the sound quality is pretty good, however the music is always a little flat sounding in my opinion. As to using BT for calls, I have had no complaints from people I'm talking to regarding the audio quality of the call.
