Not too bad at all, read about it on msprotege and couldnt find it over here so I thought maybe 3club would enjoy seeing their own laying down some great numbers. Its only going to get better too. http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showt...9&page=3&pp=15

Here, not much of a story but its what Juan posted...
"We raced our Mazda3 last saturday again and it seems to get better and better. The car hit an amazing 12.7 at 116 MPH at 14 psi of boost.
Still has stock clutch, stock engine and transmission. I did it on race slicks, and rear skinnies, but everything else on its place. All seats and even the floor mats were left in the car.
I started doing 13.7 but the track kept getting better and better and since I do not have a LSD I was spinning all first and half of second gear. Then a 13.4, 13.0, 3 times 12.8 and the best 12.7 at the end of the night.
I did a 1.8 0 to 60. The car felt perfect however at the end I was smelling a little of clutch bieng burned thru the track. I shifted at the redline always to avoid a clutch failure, but i do need a better unit to install the big boost kit.

yeah it is definetely nice to see someone pulling nice numbers, I agree Juan does some great stuff, I think it is coolest that the only real drag mod he did was the slicks and skinnies, imagine if he lost the wieght of all that unwanted interior, bet he could shave possibly another half a second, i am not big into drag racing, so I dont know if the LSD would be nice or not, anyone care to answer that one for me? i know on a nice open autox course he could put down a good time with that car and a LSD.
