Leaky Sunroof

Leaky Sunroof
I don't know if anyone has experience this but I think it's a definite problem.
Over the weekend, I was driving on the highway. Weather conditions were light rain but there was a fair bit of water on the road so you would get the spray from other vehicles.
Anyways, I had the sunroof tilted open since my windows were starting to fog up. I had probably driven for about 10-15 minutes with the sunroof in the tilted open position when I noticed a water droplit. After closer inspection, water had actually pooled inside the a-pillar, right at the location where the paneling meets the headliner. It was so soaked that it was dripping water on to the passenger seat.
So, my question is do I have improper sunroof drainage or a plugged drain hole? I'm pretty sure I should be able to drive in wet conditions with the sunroof in the tilted open position.
Has anyone experienced this problem before?

um, if it starts fogging up inside your supposed to put the AC on with it set to the shell looking picture (ya...i feel dumb...dont even know what it's called...lol). that defogs the inside of your car in a few seconds... tilting the sun-roof like that; there's always a possibility for water to come in...depending on the wind and amount of rain there is and all... i wouldn't be concerned unless water was coming in while the sun-roof is closed shut.

Water wasn't coming in thru the opened sunroof, it was leaking down the inside of the a-pillar.
This would suggest a blockage of some kind. Perhaps, something is blocking the drain hole or a plug was not removed.
I'm taking it to the dealership tomorrow and we'll see if they can find the culprit...

Well, taking it to the dealership was a waste of time.
They could duplicate the problem of water leaking down the a-pillar. There opinion was that water got over the sunroof rails and leaked down the inside of the headliner.
I guess that you can't drive with the sunroof tilted open when it's raining outside. Stupid!
