Mazda 2.3 DISI high pressure Rail Valve testing!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zgz-mpwcdRE 2400 psi rail valve testing[/url] 2400 psi valve test (max pressure valve)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjWTjj-s-MQ back to back testing stock valve, S1 valve and S2 valve
These are going to be the perfect option for those wanting to make full use of the new ATR software from COBB. I will have datalogs posted end of the week showing the hold pressure of 2000 + psi.

The DashDaq software will only allow us to see 2074 psi at this time, so one can only imagine how much pressure is really being put into the rail!!!
This shows the performance and hold pressure of the Performance Rail Valve, vs the stock rail valve.
We have been able to hold 2000 + psi without the rise and fall of the OEM valve. These tunes show adjustments to the tune in pump pressure only. We are now going to adjust the fuel trims to see how much additional power we can get from the upgraded Performance Rail Valve. I will keep you guys posted on the results with before and after dyno charts. You must have Microsoft Excel to read these files.
Thanks
