Mazda 3 Aircon Compressor Problems

Mazda 3 Aircon Compressor Problems
Do anyone know why my aircon compressor could have seized 2 x times.Lifetime for each compressor was approx 14 months. The vane inside the compressor breaks and obstruct movement. I have got a Mazda 3 2.0l with LF engine.
