Mazda 3 Power Lock Problem
Hello,
I was hit from the rear and had to have my driver size quarter pannel and bumper replaced. I just picked up my Mazda 3 from the repair shop and now I am having automatic door lock issues.
When I lock and unlock my car from inside all of the locks don't automatically lock and unlock like they did when I dropped it off. Sometimes they do, sometimes it's delayed, sometimes you can see them kinda move etc. Same happens when I reach over and try from the passenger side. Regardless they don't all do the same thing. One will lock and one will not or visa versa.
They are telling me that they didn't mess with the locks during the repair and that there is no way to tell if it is wreck related. What do I do? The repair shop was recommended by the dealer and they did an AMAZING job on the body work but they don't handle electrical. They call someone from the dealership. Do I have to take this to the dealership now?
What can I do on my end?
