Mazda3 Factory Incentives?

I'm going to buy a new Mazda3 (the wife's 96 Saturn Wagon is about die). Have one picked out from a good dealer but I don't know if I should wait around for any incentives or other deals to be offered from Mazda. The few people I know that drive Mazdas (and love them) said incentives never pop up on the 3. Anyone have any more insight about the frequency that either cash back / rebate or financing deals pop up on the 3? Or, should I just go and get it now before the one I want disappears? Any help would be great.

The 3 sells TOO WELL, you will not see any real incentives anytime soon, besides maybe a halfway decent APR....Incentives are to help sell vehicles that aren't moving

That is what I figured. I was raised to buy American (or European) up in rural Pennsylvania, so I never really knew how popular and how good these cars are. I guess something like "employee pricing" should say something about the quality of the car. Thanks for info.
