Multiple codes

I bought my 2005 Mazda 3 in April after a drunk driver was so kind as to total out my Suburban. After about 100 miles the the auto tensioner pully decided to destroy itself all over the engine bay. Got that fixed by the dealer for a rather large fee. Now i am having an issue with the fuel system. Every time i fill the tank with gas, a bunch of it leaks out of the bottom somewhere and then stops after a few moments. Rather embarassing and dangerous at the gas station. The CEL came on and gave me codes PO455, PO441, PO442. I have already put a new gas cap on and that was not the problem. The dealership where i bought it wants $120 just to diagnose the problem and then other high prices for whatever parts they say are broken. I have been reading in the foroms about doing a smoke test, i just don't even know where to start with that or where most of these parts are located. I live in the Ft. Worth TX area and if anybody can recomend a good mechanic or give me simple instructions on how to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
