new cd player

Hi,
IŽd like to get original cd player in my Mazda 3 (2005). But there is a problem that now I donŽt have there any cd player. So are there any possibilities how to get just cd player or IŽd have to exchange all dashboard?

Do you know any web sites where I could get that cd player?

Thanks

I have installed different cd player and yes you'll need to change your dash to make it fit like this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/BEST-KITS-BK...3bb732&vxp=mtr

This is the one i have bought and it's perfect for me

You don't have to change the entire dash, just replace the HU with one containing the CD player. The HU takes up the space from where the HVAC controls are up to where it curves forwards towards the LCD.

Yeah that's what i meant that you would need to change just one part to make it fit

Which piece are you referring to? The red? The grayish strip? The mounting kit for the aftermarket HU?

The red piece is just the factory piece that the owner painted. The gray dash strip is just the OEM strip with the hole for the LCD filled in and repainted. The mounting kit is one of the several aftermarket double DIN brackets available for the 3, then painted silver.

Well it is one piece. It's the piece that's already in your car just with the hole for the LCD filled in and repainted. You could either make it yourself or find someone who does body work to do it for you.
