very nice car. Welcome to the forum. No hate here...thats kinda our motto. If you're a hater you get gone.

Any plans for mods or just keeping it stock?

haha Yep. I live in las vegas NV, dirt everywhere. I have a good touch-free car wash nearby for good a rinse between real washes and waxes.

It's a really nice car. I test drove one a couple of months ago
I was just wondering.... what do you guys think of the engine? Is it pretty reliable since its turbocharged? I mean is it going to last 5-6-10.. years?

no wya to know other than to wait....however the problems with previous turbo mazda engines has been resolved.

the current duratec 2.0/2.3 is very tough. It's been around for a while and is a poven player. Now couple that with forged internals and a more efficient fuel delivery system to make th engine run cooler/safer/stronger and I think the mazda 2.3 DISI is going to be around for a LONG time.

how is it feel to pass everybody on the highway with a little touch on the gas in this thiny little car when all those mustangs and corvettas are arround and can do not much about it? i still remember ferrari red faces of the two guys driving z28 and corvette when we were racing through the traffic on i-290 in chicago and they couldn't even keep up with me...
