One of the dealers in the area still has one of these for sale. We're thinking of asking 17k OTD. Not sure if it's been put "in service" yet. Opinions?

 

Mine has the sport package ('04 mazda 3), but i dont have cargo net, wheel locks, anti lock, side air bags, moonroof, or 6 cd package--- I got mine for 16,600. So only 400 more for those is a long shot, although, it is an old model car now

I just got an 06 3 5 door, 5spd with cargo net and wheel locks for 16520. That took about a week of back and forth to do.

Well, what an experience... no wonder they still have 3 05's left. Lowest price they said they would go was 17,900 OTD, so we left. Got a call 5 min later saying 17,499, so we called back and were told that this was before taxes making it in the area of 18,400. I asked him how this was possible since he offered us 17,900 OTD while we were there... then his manager tried to tell me that wasn't OTD... that the salesman never told us that... whatever. Then the manager informed me that he "was sorry that they couldn't accomodate our budget"... what a dick. Why are so many dealers ******?

 

because dealerships only make money when they trick you out of it.

Don't give up there...hang in and you'll learn to re-rape them like I do.

 

Where are you located?? Try different cities. I bought mine in Cincinnati and they were very professional.
