Smell Coolant/Heater always hot

My 2010 Maxda 3 (as I posted previously) has no control over the heat-always hot. The dealer replaced the Damper, Heater Unit and it did not fix the problem. Ever since that day, my car smells of coolant/antifreeze. I took it back and they "rinsed off" spill coolant at the bottom of the motor stated these fumes were getting into the fresh air vent at the top of the motor that is sealed off from motor. The car still smells of coolant and is back at the dealer until a district Mazda rep can evaluate. The whole dash was pulled out when they replaced the damper. Why would I still be smelling coolant?

just my opinion but it sounds like the heater core, im not sure if the damper is the same thing, when it leaks it evaporates and smells and since its in the actual cab of the car you smell it often
