Temp. Display?

I have a 2005 Mazda 3 GT. It doesn't have a temp. display but my friends 2006 '3 does. Is it available on the 2005 Model and if so how can I get it?

i think the temp display is part of the auto climate controls of the '06. maybe the sp2 had it too.

All the 06 3's have the temp display. I have a 5 door with MANUAL air and it has the temp display.
