Tires & Rims Spec Questions!

I have a 2004 Mazda 3 4dr Sedan
the tires are currently 195/65r15 (seriously didnt even realize they make them this small anymore)

Im looking to upgrade. Im new to the understanding of tires and looking to be a pro...LOL

I am looking for a more luxury look, but without the cost and without loosing too much of the comfort and control. I am a quick driver, smooth but quick shifter, take corners at the 45degree and brake and shift down before I turn....so I understand the basics of standard driving. So that gives you an idea of my driving...which may help in your suggestions.

Does anyone have the suggestions and info details i need to know in looking for tires to compliment??

like MAX rim and tire sizes? Etc?

Im not lowering my car at all.
Thank you in advanced !
