water pooling inside door panel

I have a 4-door 2006 Mazda 3 and noticed that water is pooling inside one of the rear doors. When I open the door water slowly drips out from around the seal at the bottom. Im guessing its a broken seal somewhere (maybe around the window although if it is, its not obvious where) that is allowing the water to get in. My question is how would I go about getting the water out? There doesn't seem to be a drain plug. I could remove the door panel and look for other solutions but is that even worth it? Maybe someone else has experienced this?
