Xenon headlight aiming

Xenon headlight aiming
The low-beam xenon headlight on my 2007 Mazda 3 5-door cast a distinct line at their furthest point of projection but even with the interior aiming dial set at its highest setting that light line limit is not as high as I'd like it to be. Often I find myself turning on my brights as a safety factor but then have to keep switching back and forth. Is there any way to adjust the entire light mechanism itself under the hood so that they are aimed just a couple degrees higher?

That will show you how to adjust the projectors themselves. While he was doing that he reaimed them so that the "1" setting was what "0" was at previously, that way when driving on back country roads he can raise the level of the projectors with the dial instead of just lowering it.

Thanks so much icspots. The HID aiming was not the easiest to get to under the hood but once I managed to get the clips off the back of the light units all went well. The lights were adjusted easily with a small socket wrench which was easier to maneuver than a screwdriver. I set them at position 1 as you suggested and the ability to raise that up another notch to 0 was a super idea. Thanks for the help since this has been an annoyance for two years!
