clutch switch/sensor
Hey guys, been having some issues with this as of late, was wondering if someone could help me out. The car does not seem to want to start at the most arbitrary of times. It's been working perfectly fine for daily driving for the last week and a half and then all of the sudden today at around 4 it didn't want to start. you can get in, turn the key to ACC, the stereo will come on the lights will turn on, you hear the ignition beep a few times but when you step on the clutch and turn the key, it will not turn over or anything. it's as if my foot isn't on the clutch. I've spoken with the dealership, they seem to think it's the clutch switch/sensor. now, i'm afraid of bringing my car in because i might end up with a horrifically expensive bill, so could any of you point me in the direction as to where it is? i'm wondering if maybe it's a loose wire or something. thanks.
also, if anyone has experience with this in the past, a fix would be nice. even if it is just replace the switch.

clutch sensor is right above the clutch pedal. There's two there, and i'm not sure which is which - like one for the cruise cutout and another for the start enable.
It could be your key transponder - see if any of your dash lights flash when you're trying to start it.
