Looking to mod :/

So I've had my 3 (haaaatch baby) for a few years, right? And for the past year and a half I gave up on modifying my car because I only hung around Nissan drivers. (Yup, drifters.) Thankfully I've gotten rid of my boyfriend, who loved to make fun of my hatch!!

Now that I have the time, the money, and the energy to put into my car, I'm looking for some suggestions! Exhaust, intake, springs, ANYTHING!! Also, what's the big deal about MazdaSpeed Exhausts systems?

Basically, I'd love to know what you guys have done to your 3s. I don't get any feedback from drifters and I've been neglecting my car for far too long.

You should check out www.protegegarage.com for mazdaspeed accessories (intake, exhaust, shifter, suspension, wheels, body kit, etc)

Also, "Kargoboy" on this forum sells quality intakes and headers.

Depending on how fast you want to be HiBoost makes a bolt on turbo kit that has made over 500whp with forged rods. $4500+rods but it is a Viper killer.

Where is "H Town"?? Is that like O-Town?

Ohhh badass, thank you! That's a big help. And as far a turbos.. I have a friend who builds custom kits But I'm not really interested in spending so much money on a turbo when I'm looking for a "project car" as well as modding my hatch.

I know how that goes....I've got several projects right now including a RX 7.5 that my wife hates.

The HiBoost turbo kit is absolutely the way to go if you decide to turbo. I'm not ******* your friends "kit" but HiBoost has a reputation for making quality kits at a competitive price with great service. Also, he's a proven entitiy in the mazda community. We know his products the first time and he even includes a pre-mapped Haltech EMS. His turbo kit with forged rods and race gas made 508whp on an other wise stock motor.

If I were in the market for another play car project I would have to seriously consider buying a used 3S and his turbo kit. Nothing like outrunning a new Viper with 4 friends in the car.

Welcome to the forum.

If you're interested, I have headers in stock, two kinds of intakes on the way from Asia and
also carry the H&R springs, coilovers and sway bars.
PM me for any info you want.
