Well everytime i change oil to my car and when i start it sounds like diesel engine just for a second but no shaking at all, so im not sure if that sounds good but i guess it's normal. I give my car Castrol synthetic oil.

This does not sound normal considering it is ongoing. Now as far the revs at idle being higher then normal when cold, that is normal. The revs should go up when you start the car and then go back down to normal idle within a minute or too. This thread shows a normal startup and idle
https://www.mazda3club.com/mazda3-mazdaspeed3-98/2012-mazda3-skyactive-engine-idles-high-start-then-slows-down-normal-56343/. As you can see the video is only 45 seconds, certainly not 5 minutes as you describe.

A rough idle for 5-6 minutes seems like a problem to me. I've never experienced this before in my 2012 mazdapseed3 but it does sound like a problem you should have checked out. Do you have any other clues? Recent events or other symptoms. This could be a large number of things.

I would double check your fluid levels and check to make sure you used proper parts like your oil filter when you did your oil change. Also make sure you don't have any leaks. I did notice that the oil you described is 5w-30, I thought that the mazda3 isrecommended for 5w-20. I don't think it could hurt anything for 1 oil change but something to keep in mind on future changes.

Does anyone know if the mazda3's have any problems with vacuum leaks, especially any that you can come into contact when changing the oil.

This could be unrelated to your oil change and just a coincidence.
