No, it's the owners manual, all the basic stuff like how the key works, tire pressure and how to change the oil - very basic maintenance.
You want the workshop manual, the hanes and such are ok for basic tasks, though in the past i've always found them lacking. I got the full factory workshop manual from finishline performance - http://www.finishlineperformance.com...cat=288&page=3 $140

It all depends what you're looking to do with your own car repairs, I got both of the above myself. The factory manual is unbound, just 3-hole punched pages, so get your own binder for it. But the full factory repair manual and the electrical diagram have been EXCELENT in my opinion as far as containing all the information needed to remove / repair something.
