P0762 & P0733 and RPM Trouble
Hello everyone! Hope someone can help me out please I would appreciate it. So I have a 2004 mazda3 and last month I noticed while I was in 4th gear (it's an automatic) my rpms would go up for a second and come back down to its normal rpm. Does it all the time but only on 4th gear. I took it to a transmission shop and they checked out my transmission and said everything was fine and they found a confirmed code that was p0661. In which it was the the intake manifold tuning valve. However that code had nothing to do with my rpms the transmission shop said. I bought both valve sensors and car actually idle better than it did before after replacing them. A month later my AT light comes on and so does my cel and shows p0762/p0733. Car then went into limp mode and would only shift up to 2nd gear. P0762 says solenoid c is stuck on. The tranny fluid is red and doesn't smell burnt. I clear the codes with my obd2 machine and car starts to ride fine but still gives me the issue on 4th gear and AT light keeps coming back on as well as p0762. Is the actual solenoid bad and if so where can I buy it and is it easy to replace? Hope someone can help me out. Thanks and happy mew years to everyone.

I'm sure the solenoid is internal & you need a trans shop to put it in (probably). First easy thing to do is flush the fluid & see if that clears up the solenoid. Could have something stuck in it, then again that is a good reason to pull it apart & have it switched out to make sure there aren't other issues you can't see from the outside.
