Fortunately, my wife and I bought our first house. Unfortunately, I must sell my Protege5. From this point on I will probably drive a truck to aid in our home improvement interests. I just bought a 2000 Dakota.

So, my 2002 Protege5 is for sale: 5-spd, red, ~14kmiles, moonroof, 6 disc changer, very well taken care of.

If someone is interested in peformance modifications for a Protege5 think about this... the car I am selling has low miles and is about $6000 less than what it cost new, that covers the cost of many mods. Okay, that's all for my sales pitch!

I will consider all reasonable offers from this forum, in hopes of selling the car to someone that will appreciate it as much as I have.

Also, I purchased an extended warranty that covers the car bumper to bumper until 2009 or 70kmiles, whichever comes first. If the new owner wants the extended warranty, I will sell it for $650. Otherwise I can sell it back to the issuing company for $650. It makes no difference to me.
