Whenver making a purchase to a Protegeclub user verify the date he/she opened the account, the amount of posts performed, where is the item sold located and if the person accepts PayPal.

Paypal is a good option cause you are covered and also can verify the sales record of that person thru PayPal.

There are always people trying to pass by as sellers and all they want is your money. If it is such a good deal why they do not accept PayPal and why not sell it on Ebay???


Most scammers are new to a forum, live very very far away in other words outside of US territory and will only accept wire money and money orders and of course account transfers if you are stupid enough to do that.

So, this thread is posted for a very obvious reason.

 

A good idea is try to find people who have previosly bought from the person or know the person well. But its hard to avoid scams, just be cautious.
