I saw it in person today
this morning, as I was driving to work, I noticed this car that I didn't recognize coming up from the left side of my peripheral vision. As it passed by and I saw the taillights, that's when I recognized it as the brand new 2003 Accord sedan.
Seeing it in flesh, it actually doesn't look too bad at all. the lines are surprisingly clean, and doesn't look bulky or tall like the new Camry does. A very clean and sharp mid-size sedan I'd say
I think Honda's got yet another winner in the house. But if the Accord looks this good in person, can you imagine how the Mazda6 will look in real life??? OMFG!!!!

I think they're ok, but he taillights look like they're too small or too far down or something. But a 240hp V6 with VTEC and 6sp. (coupe) should be running in the 14s in the 1/4... Pretty delish to me!

It does look better in person, but the taillight shape makes the butt look droopy. The interior, however, is quite nice.
For my money, I'd buy the Altima... big 3.5 litre with the 5spd & quite a looker. Hooray that nissan has begun to remember how to make good looking cars

i guess style is purely subjective, I don't like the Altima's look at all, too big and too tall.
I would just go up a step and get the Max SE with the 3.5L 255hp V6 and the 6 speed manual, and the standard HID headlights.
beam axle be damned

I don't know about that. The acura CL runs low 15s and it has 260hp. I think it looks like an overgrown civic and I don't like the new civic.

If they can't hit 14s with the accord (coupe) something is definately wrong. The altima can run mid 14s bone stock. I'm not sure what kind of gearing the 6spd will have though, but it should be able to hit 14s or it's too heavy or something. As for the CL, I thought they're faster than that. I mean, those guys are always saying how they own the new maximas, and a stock 2k2 max 6spd can run rather low 14s bone stock. I've seen a few 14.3s and a lot of 14.4-5s bone stock.
