3000km in 5 days - calgary/seattle/calgary
yikes.... two ~13 hour marathons and three days of scooting between des moines and seattle. 3000km almost.
10008 km on the car in exactly 3 months...
i just got back from seattle (bumbershoot festival). made it back to calgary in 13 hours. not bad considering it was a ticket-free drive.
pretty happy with the P5 still. fit a tent and gear for three people in the hatch and put a cooler on one side of the back seat. i'm impressed with the little car. looks like my mileage was ok too. no one complained about being uncomfortable on such a long drive.
just finished cleaning it and looks like i got through the trip damaged free apart from a scrape on the back bumber from gear going in and out and a nasty scratch in the hood from a stone that luckily hit the wipers or else i might be looking at a new windshield.
anyone else take in bumbershoot this weekend? if so, what did you think? any highights? this was my first time there and i really enjoyed it.
