I guess folks at edmunds.com are saying that 4th gen. is only a year or two away. I do not know if it is old news here, but it is news to me. Check out this link.

not news at all really could have told you when it was going to happen three years ago. the Japanese car market has a standard 4 year run on a "GENERATION" of its cars.....thus....the 3rd Gen was first introduced in 1999....thus, four years later, 2003 the run completes.....SO....2004 will be the introduction of the 4th Generation.

the BIG question is what it will look like!
