holy crap you betta!! The wife graduates next summer and is wanting a new cobra. I told her she could whatever she wanted...
She's 25yrs old and 1 year away from graduation, she just got a job offer in atlanta from the CDC for $72K/yr. to start! She is the head of her class, on the presidents list and has a 3.99 gpa.
Momma's gonna work and daddy's gonna build cars!!

I kinda like the way teh GTR looks, that looks pretty sweet too, whether they will actually produce a cobra with a different model of cobra coming out I dont know but there will be an SVT version around spring. Any more stats on that thing

the boss I pictured is just a concept tribute to the guy that designed the first one ( i cant remember his name but he's japanese if you believe it!)
The GT_R is also a concept, but will probably show up. All they said was 4.6L V8 with 440hp...all aluminum.
i wouldn't hold my breath for a new SVT vehicle anytime soon. Ford has put SVT under SERIOUS examination for lack of producing. The focus bombed, the contour bombed, the new cobra...didn't do as well as they'd hoped. thank God for the Lightning or those guys wouldn't have paychecks.

since they have redone the cobra (not mustang) I think they might come out with an SVT version as they were stating this in the auto shows but most of those guys dont know too much anyways. The GTR looks a little too much like a race car to be streetable, with the roll cage and only one seat and all but if they were to bring that supercharged motor out and throw it in an SVT version Id be all for it. Id buy one for sure

hehehe
i'm the second vote under that hehehe
but it doesn't look half bad really, i liek it.... and it seems to be putting out some nice power....
but liek stated above, .... that gtr does not look very streetable at all, especially if a cop pulls u over and he takes a look inside, and he doesn't knwo about the mustang (u knwo just a plain old dumb officer/ who is extra dumb/ super dumb) i wonder what would happen then
.... hmmm i wonder if GTR came from the allmighty SkyLine GT-R
hehe, who knows :P :P

I still think it'll never see the light of day and it's WAY over the top.
Also, after seeing those detailed pics I can clarify on the power a little more. That is the "Cammer" motor. This has actually been in the works for a while and Ford was planning on using a variant of it in the last NA cobras. I recognized the dual TB intake manifold and pulley configuration. Believe every bit of what they say when they claim 440hp on a NA motor.
Viper Who?
