Sad ... and all the more reason to bump up the driving age to 18 like it is all over the world. 16 vs 18 makes a lot of difference as far as maturity and thinking right is concerned in my opinion.

i think drivers tests need to be more complicated and involving. My test was to take the dude to get a subway sandwich...then I passed.

hmm, wow, same age is me, thats wierd.....

I just find it wierd that you get exectuted for shooting and killing someone, but if you drive and kill someone, you just get charges...

I also think the drivers test should be more difficult, I only had to drive about 4 blocks go thru main street and bring the woman back and I passed, its really to easy, I dont even consider that a test...

If they were to bump age limits I wouldn't care, It would be less money I spend on gas, and more then likely keep me out of trouble untill then..sometimes I wish they would lol, then I wouldnt have to see half the idiots around here rocket around 24-7, not even IM that BAD..

18 should be the legal age for everything. If you're old enough to fight and die for our country the least you should be able to do is have a beer or cigarette before hand.

I am totally against street racing. There have been times I have opened the car up on the way home from work but its only when its late out and noone else is on the road. But anytime there are other cars on the road you have to take them in to consideration.

Kid needs to see some prison time maybe then he will learn. He took the life of one so if he survives they needa lock him up.

Driving tests need to be strickter and children should not be given mustangs.
There are countries in europe where they dont allow you a car over 100hp untill youve been driving for a year.

I occaonally open up the car late at night (been pulled over for it too) but only when there is literally no people on the road and even the cops were like carry on.

I can beg to differ, I have seen ONE and only ONE mustang driver that has a brain, he has a 2002 Mustang Convertable V6, he drives like a person with a brain that works does, its just when our friends get his keys and take off with it and almost get tickets in cars that arent even theres..
