The Card at Parts Source is such a joke! I went there one day looking for something and asked to get a card.

First, nobody knew how to do it. Finally one little helper monkey figured it out and was able to put me into the system. He said I didn't need the card and that they looked you up by phone number anyway.

I thought that was hella lame. So I said, "What if I go to another Parts Source store? Are your databases linked or something?" He replied, "no....you have to reapply if you go to another store."

WTF??? How incredibly lame is that??

Needless to say, I don't shop at Parts Source unless I absolutely need something from there.

 

Interesting, I did not know that. I normally only go to one anyway as it is the closest. As you say you only go if you have to and from what I have seen there is not too much there that I need that I can't get at the regular CT.
