The boss she worked for didn't know how to run a business effectively at all - at least twice in that span, he couldn't make payroll, and everyone had to wait two days to be paid. I wish she would've quit right then and there.
Every employer has the right to decide what raises and/or cuts will be given or made in the business. And every employee has the right to tell that boss to shove the job up his *** - and more people should.

hey sorry ur xmas sucked, but u got silverstars according to ur other thread. i woulda been happy already if i got a pair of those lol. i thought mine was gunna b bad until i got speakers for the car lol.
