Do you work-out?
Im just curious if there are any fitness freaks on the boards. Ive been tryin to get back in the habit of running in the afternoons but the sun is killer. Ive also been workin on the abs and the Sartorius muscle's ..Anyways....Peace

I for one try. I run 5-6 miles each time 3 times a week during my lunch hour at work. Fortunately, I have some flexibility and can clean up when returning to work. I also do some upper body work on my off days - although, I just don't get the results. Sorry, no steriods for me - don't want shrivelitis of the package.

Well, as much as I love eating and drinking beer I had to stop , I had been working out since last april straight until sept, I took a month off and today I started again. Weighlifting 3 times a week, cardio everyday mon thru friday.
Today was the first day after a month layoff, god I'm spent....

I try to but it's really hard when i work both night and day shifts for 12 hours a day. I try to hit the gym around twice a week for 1 hour cardio sessions. I try not to lift heavy weights now because I think i'm big enough but just need to trim down and get cut. I also do martial arts twice a week and that helps me to stay in shape through fall, winter and spring and then stops for the summer. I mountain bike avidly during the summer so I stay in shape that way also. I just need to lose weight.
