Last thursday, at about 10 in the evening, I saw on TV that George Michael was touring Europe with his 25LIVE tour... songs from 25 years of his career...
Friday morning,at about half past 5, I had won an Ebay auction for one ticket (first)
More than 15 years ago he was touring Germany again, so I definetely had to see him live!
The entry ticket arrived on Monday via mail..in the meantime I looked up the concert song setup and learned all the lyrics to be able to sing the songs (You won't get a better opportunity to sing songs with your favourite artist elsewhere ^^)

The drive to Oberhausen Arena was a royal pain in the ***.. the distance is about 160 kilometers (100 miles), for which I needed exactly 4 hours, because of stupid traffic jams..but OK, I finally arrived at the place and after some searching I also had found a free parking lot...

The concert itself:
19 songs, an exciting stage setup, good accoustics, a clean and healthy voice and a cool crowd... A++, superb music,superb show.

My hint: If George comes to your country, you might want to grab a ticket or two, the concerts are fantastic... As you might or might not know, the quality of George's live performances (concerning voice+music) are very(!) close to studio quality , so you can enjoy the music at its best....
