ahhhhhh, i remember those days.........
I think your suffering from a little self esteem problem. I get the feeling you see your other girlfriends with guys / boyfriends, but you seem to be the one without....why? well you had already counted yourself out when you said..."i know i'm going to hear my friend is cute" i have to admitt guys look at physical beauty before inner beauty, but don't we all....sight is our first line of attraction. (but guys seem to stop at physical and forget the inner) like my man said, you don't need make up, fake bolt-ons or a short skirt to catch a guy. I am merely assuming here, but the guy your looking for is a rare breed at your age, he'll come into your life soon enough. Be yourself, but be happy with yourself, have fun, this is the time. Cupid has a way of finding you at the right time, the tricky part is knowing when that time is and what to do when the time comes....and thats just part of journey of life.

Hey Princess
You're a cuttie. Life is ironic. Sometimes when you look for something you can't find it, but find it when your not looking for it. Especially if it's a good guy around 18 years old. Be yourself, be smart, and enjoy life while it plays out its natural course.

Anyways, I don't have much advice to give... and you'll probably hate this advice too... but you're 16, try to take things easy, a lot of stuff doesn't really make sense at that age. And in reality guys are probably even more confused than you, especially the nice and smart guys ...lol
Yeah you look and sound like a sweetie, and that might count against you in high school, as a lot of the guys who are doing a lot of the dating / talking are probably going for the shallow girls...
I don't know how useful any of my insights are, but I'm trying
If anybody can add/correct what I say that's great, I still am not quite that great with the women,, errr, yeah

I've never really dated anyone. I'm almost 20, and I'm not bad looking either. I've had many girls come up to me and I have many friends that are girls, but I'm not worried about getting "hooked" up or anything. School is my first priority right now.

www.colorgenics.com ...take the mood test...it helps! BTW pick the colours according to what you feel at the moment not what you like best...

i figured i'd put in my 2 cents worth.... don't get too involved with anyone. i went out with this girl for 8 months. we had a blast together. we hung out every single day and never got sick of each other. she was my first love.
well, i went to canada for a week to go fishing and i couldn't contact her. so when i got back, i called her and said hey, i'm home. and she just kinda went, oh, hi. i was so hurt. i'm still not really sure what happend, but she said she didn't have time for her friends anymore and when i was in canada she realized this cuz she hung out with her friends.
point being...don't take anything for granted. you never know what could happen. it's been a year and a half now and i'm still having problems trying to date again. that's how bad of an experience i had. don't get me wrong, i love her to death and i could never say a bad thing about her, but it really makes you open up your eyes and see what you had.
so if you find someone special, realize that you have them and be proud of it. and if you lose them, don't worry, you're young and there's plenty of fish in the sea. i have just realized that and am starting to get back on track.
so i'm going to end this now, i think i have carpal-tunnel syndrome from typing so much. moral of story---you're young, have fun while you still can!

I like the cute girls more than the 'hot' girls. I duhnno why, but I'm more into 'cute', than hot. I like the innocents, hahaha...
Anywho, I'm sure you won't have to wait long for a man. You're cute, and that's all that matters to 80% of the male population. Just watch out, don't get your heart broekn.
p.s. - i'd drunk, don't listen to me

LOL Foxy u are perverted. But i like that in u Youre funny. I look for women i can have long walks on the beach with.....Nah *** that. I like a Women with a high self esteem i can't stand when girls fish for compliments or get scared when u make a comment about how they dress because they think ur really saying they are ugly??.. I dunno. At ur age most girls go threw this stage and they pick many losers. Then notice that they were stupid and look for better reasons to like a guy. IMO Your very cute U have nice eyes and a cute smile. Why dont u date Chasten? Your both in California!!!!. Dont stress guys we do suck. I also look for a girl that doesnt depend on me. Its nice if she drives has a job and money to spend..Dont look fake smile and make eye contact. But not stalker kinda eye contact. She has to be able to hold a conversation and have a good personality... I could go forever but im tired..Jon
